DIPALMA Recipes
CURRY RICE BOWL WITH VEGETABLES
Preparation time 15 min
Ingredients:
½ cups vegetable broth or water.
½ red bell pepper.
1 medium carrot.
1 onion.
2 garlic.
1 cup chopped asparagus.
3 tbsp Curry
½ tbsp cumin powder.
1 tbsp Paprika
garlic powder.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Half Lemon Juice
Preparation:
Peel and chop the garlic and onion, and sauté over medium heat.
Add the peppers and carrots, continue cooking.
Add the DiPalma rice to the pan and stir. We brown for a minute.
Add the vegetable broth or water.
We keep on medium heat, add curry, cumin, paprika and garlic powder.
Keep over medium heat, stirring gently for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates.
Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.
