DIPALMA DRY NOODLE

Preparation time 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  • 2 tomatoes cut in quarters.
  • 1 dried chipotle peppers.
  • 1/4 of Onion.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 1/2 cups vegetable broth.
  • 1/2 tsp salt with onion powder.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • Cotija cheese and milk cream to decorate avocado to taste.
  • SPAGHETTI DIPALMA

Preparation:

  • Open, Strain and Rinse your Spaghetti DiPalma.
  • You can cut into shorter pieces.

  • Blend the tomato with the onion, the previously hydrated chipotle (without veins and without seeds), the garlic, the vegetable broth, the salt with the onion and the water.

  • In a pot, bring the tomato mixture to a boil, add the cut spaghetti, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes

  • Serve.

  • Decorate with a little Cotija Cheese, cream and avocado.

Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.
