In a frying pan, heat the oil and add all the chopped vegetables, except the peas. Cook over medium-high heat until golden brown. Add your Spaghetti DiPalma
Add the peas, salt, pepper and cook for a minute.
Add the water or vegetable broth, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
We add the lemon juice and the chopped basil, stir and we can now serve our pasta.
You can with vegan cheese.
Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.
