DIPALMA SPRING PASTE

Preparation time 15 min

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup of water or vegetable broth
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • A handful of basil (optional)
  • SPAGHETTI DIPALMA

Preparation:

  • Open, Strain and Rinse your Spaghetti DiPalma.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil and add all the chopped vegetables, except the peas. Cook over medium-high heat until golden brown. Add your Spaghetti DiPalma
  • Add the peas, salt, pepper and cook for a minute.
  • Add the water or vegetable broth, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • We add the lemon juice and the chopped basil, stir and we can now serve our pasta.
  • You can with vegan cheese.

Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.
