Preparation time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of Nuez de la India
• 1 cup of water
• ½ cup of chopped onion
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled
• 2 tablespoons of brewer’s yeast
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp rosemary
• SPAGHETTI DIPALMA
Preparation:
• Boil the cashew nuts covered with water, once boiled let stand for 15 minutes, strain and let cool for 15 minutes.
• Open, Strain and Rinse your Spaghetti DiPalma. Transfer the pasta to a pot and let the pasta boil for 5 minutes.
• For the Sauce: Mix the ingredients in a blender or processor, if the sauce is too thick you can add water or soy or almond milk.
• When the pasta is ready, strain and pour the Alfredo sauce on your Pasta, let it heat for about 3 minutes.
• Add herbs to decorate and/or vegan cheeses of your choice.
